You are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance, at the time of booking, for all members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate. Booking acceptance shall be deemed to include your confirmation that you have taken out such insurance. If required, Wonderscapes Travels can also provide you personal travel insurance for the time spent in the island — please contact us for further details.
A booking is accepted only after we receive written confirmation from you along with full payment OR a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the value of the Travel Arrangements. (This may be waived solely at our discretion). For Peak Season Bookings, 50% advance payment of total value is required.
A booking confirmation will reach you after 48 hours of making the payment. Full payment or deposit and written confirmation indicates acceptance of these terms.
The balance of payment due for your Travel Arrangements, if any, must be paid by you not later than 30 days before arrival in Sri Lanka; otherwise we may treat the booking as cancelled by you.
Payments for deposits and final balances for travel arrangements may be made using one or more of the following methods:
After confirmation, if the Client wishes to change the dates or nature of Services, an application to do so may be made on the wonderscapestravels.com website and Wonderscapes Travels shall endeavour to accommodate such changes at the least cost to the Client. The Client shall be responsible for all extra costs of such change.
No credits or refunds for unused services shall be given if the Client fails to avail him/herself of the confirmed tour arrangements.
Any Client may cancel the tour arrangements at any time via online channels or by using the same email address that was used for confirmation. Written notification from the person who signed the booking form must be received by Wonderscapes Travels for such cancellation. The Client would have been advised of the cancellation policy at the time of confirmation; any cancellation charges may apply.

This website accepts payments in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs / LKR) and / or United States Dollars (US$) only.
Neither Wonderscapes Travels (Private) Limited nor the owning company it represents on this website will be liable for any exchange rate losses / gains due to any transactions / refunds processed, irrespective of the customer's credit / debit card currency.
